Dear Valued Customer,
In today's crane rental industry, the demand for larger and heavier
cranes to meet customer requirements has increased significantly. However, with this evolution comes a heightened concern
regarding liability for potential damage to various job site elements such as asphalt parking lots, underground utilities,
driveways, curbs, and gutters. Precision Crane Service aims to address this issue by ensuring that both customers and site
owners are well-informed and prepared for such situations when our services are needed to work in these areas.
Our
dedicated sales team, crane operators, and employees are committed to collaborating with customers to mitigate any potential
damage to access points, buildup areas, and work zones on the job site. To this end, Precision Crane Service is equipped to
provide mats, steel plates, or other protective measures at competitive rates, as required and/or requested by the customer,
to minimize any potential impact on the work site.
However, it is important to note that while operating on the job
site, Precision Crane Service cannot assume responsibility for damage to certain areas, including:
- Parking lot surfaces, sidewalks, and/or driveways during the entry, exit, or movement of the crane and/or load
over these surfaces.
- Underground vaults, gutters, underground utilities, and/or other subterranean systems during work activities on
the job site.
- Irrigation systems, lawns, and shrubbery that may be affected if the crane is required to traverse these areas
to carry out the assigned tasks.
However, this acknowledgment of potential risks and waiver of liability does not absolve Precision Crane Service from accountability
in cases of negligence on our part. Should it be proven that damages were a result of our failure to adhere to proper operating
procedures or exercising due care, customers retain the right to make claims for compensation.
By signing below, the
undersigned acknowledges the inherent risks associated with crane operation and agrees to indemnify and release Precision Crane Service,
its agents, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, suits, or judgments arising from property damage incurred during the
use of any equipment at the specified job location, except in cases of proven negligence on the part of Precision Crane Service.
